TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION
1. Registration fee – 150 Euro.
It is obligatory for all the participants and includes the following:
- accreditation of two company representatives (2 name badges; participation in all events which do not require any special invitation, set of information materials);
- hotel booking, transfer hotel-exhibition-hotel;
- participation of one company representative in the presentation;
- excursion for two company representatives;
- placement of the information (10 printed lines) in the official catalogue of the exhibition (information exceeding the limit is placed for extra charge), one copy of the catalogue.
2. Rent of the exhibition space
Rental cost includes organizational expenses, general publicity campaign in mass media, power supply and heating, guarding of total territory of the Exhibition center and pavilions, gangway cleaning in pavilions.
2.1. Equipped exposition space (min 4 sq.m.) – 145 Euro per 1 sq.m.
Includes:
Partition constructions – white mat wall panels (h=2.5 m, b=1.0 m) along the perimeter of a stand from 3 sides irrespective of the exhibition space square.
Fascia panel – a white panel 0,22 m high. Cost of fascia sign is included in the rental cost of equipped exhibition space. Production and placement of company logos are paid additionally.
Floor covering for the whole stand.
2.2. Unequipped exhibition space (min 4 sq.m.) – 125 Euro per 1 sq.m.
For companies representing large-scale objects. The Organizer is not obliged to separate the exhibition space from the neighboring stands by partitions.
2.3. Open exhibition space (min 4 sq.m.) - 50 Euro per 1 sq.m.
– exhibition grounds in front of the pavilions.
2.4 . Extra charge depending on the type of a stand:
Type А: open on one side – 0%
Type В: corner, open on two sides - 10%
Type С: corner, open on three sides - 15%
Type D: standing separately, open on four sides - 20%
Type Е: height of a stand exceeds 3,0 m – 5% per each extra 0,5m
Type F: two-storeyed– 25%
In case the construction is made by a separate builder (the official builder – is Kazanskaya Yarmarka OJSC) the cost of rented space in pavilion will be equal to the cost of rented equipped space (according to the confirmed rates). The builder should provide the Organizer with permits to carry out construction work as per the approved list.
3. Additional equipment and services are rendered in accordance with the application and are paid additionally. List of services and equipment not included in the
application form is sent upon request.

4. Joint participation
In case the company participates at the stand of other company it should pay a registration fee. Each company then receives the services is included into the registration
fee.
5. Not-presented participation
5.1. The placement of ad materials, leaflets, commercial offers on the informational stand of the exhibition – 156 Euro.
5.2. The placement of the information of the company activities (10 printed lines) in the official catalogue of the exhibition – 108 Euro.
6. Accreditation – 140 Euro.
The company representative’s work at the exhibition without stand renting includes: hotel booking, transfer hotel-exhibition-hotel, permanent ticket-pass to the exhibition, participation in the presentation of the exhibition, set of information materials, one copy of the catalogue.
7. Presentation – 90 Euro (for each company representative)
On the first day of the exhibition the organizers hold the presentation of companies-participants. Presentation program: negotiations, banquet, entertaining program.
8. Services
Standard set of services for each Participant includes; hotel booking, transfer hotel-exhibition-hotel.
The cargo delivery from the airport and railway station is offered for extra charge, under the condition of on-time application handing in.
Upon preliminary request (not later than 20 day before the exhibition opening) there is a possibility of the organization of presentations, seminars, press conferences of the Participant which will be included into exhibition program.
